I Love my Scarf! The issue I have is that once I turn if off it won’t turn back on unless I unplug the battery from the Scarf then Plug it back in.

Hello Mary - when the battery is left connected and the scarf is 'off' and not being powered by the battery, the battery will go into a sleep mode after 1 minute to conserve battery life. To wake up the battery either press the power button the battery or disconnect the USB plug and then reconnect. We recommend disconnecting the battery when the scarf is not being used.

It's just perfect.

I bought this for my mother who is always cold. She needs something that will work for a while She used to microwave one of those pellet-filled neck warmers. Now, I've used that before and it works for a short time, but it's bulky and not something that you can wear.

The Volt 5v scarf seemed to be the best, most practical item to get.
It weighs almost nothing, charges fast and gives my mother choices for the heat setting.

I gave it to her after fully charging the battery, showed her how to turn it on, then gave her a little time to get used to it. When I came back 10 minutes later, she was sound asleep.

She has worn it shopping, (she likes the look of it). Wears it at work where she has always been cold, and has worn it around the house since she got it. Probably going to need extra batteries, but it only takes 4 hours to fully charge a dead battery, so it's not an "end of the world" problem.

I will definitely recommend this because it is SO useful in many situations.

I'm all about keeping warm in the cold months and the scarf simply completes my outfit. The scarf keeps the cold out of your jacket from your neck but with the heated warmth that comes out from it, it ensures you are keeping completely cozy. Battery life also is more than sufficient in one outing and if you want to extend that, you can always purchase a larger battery for continuous warmth. The three control levels it provides also is very versatile as you can you it in very cold days to slightly larger days. Simply put the warmth that comes out of the scarf just makes you overall comfortable.
