Advanced Dual-Source Power for Perpetual Riding Warmth
Experience the absolute pinnacle of cold-weather riding gear with the Fusion series, the first true hybrid motorcycle heated gloves designed to keep you warm both on and off your bike. Standard 12V systems provide unlimited power but fail the moment you unplug; 7V systems provide mobility but are limited by battery life. These volt heated gloves solve both problems by integrating a patent-pending Fusion Heating System. Whether you are embarking on a cross-country tour or a quick winter commute, these gloves provide the ultimate flexibility to power your ride exactly how you choose.
Seamless 12V and 7V Energy Management
This innovative system allows you to plug into your motorcycle's 12V electrical system for unlimited heat while cruising. Once you arrive at your destination, simply disconnect the bike's power and the rechargeable battery in the heated motorcycle gloves, and they transition immediately to their onboard 7V lithium-ion batteries. Remarkably, the internal batteries actually charge while you are riding under 12V power, ensuring they are fully replenished and ready for use when you step away from your motorcycle.
High-Performance Impact Protection and Tactile Grip
Safety is never compromised for warmth in these heated leather motorcycle gloves. Each pair is constructed from premium drum-dyed leather and rugged nylon, featuring a double-layer reinforced palm for superior abrasion resistance. Built-in knuckle armor and protective padding on the lower palm provide essential defense against impacts, while the pre-curved design ensures a natural grip on the handlebars. To keep you connected without exposing your hands to the wind, the thumb and forefinger are equipped with high-sensitivity touchscreen fabric for easy mobile device operation.
Weather-Shielding Architecture for Harsh Environments
Engineered to conquer the elements, these heated motorcycle gloves utilize a multi-layer defense strategy. An integrated waterproof and breathable membrane locks out rain and sleet while over 150 grams of high-loft insulation work with a soft tricot fleece lining to preserve internal heat. The Zero Layer Heat System surrounds the hand in a full 360-degree cocoon, delivering over 150 degrees of heat across the back of the hand, the palm, and the full length of every finger.

The heated motorcycle gloves can be powered by your bike's 12V battery or portable 7V batteries. When plugged into the bike, the gloves provide unlimited heat and simultaneously charge the internal 7V batteries. When you disconnect from the bike, the 7V batteries take over power automatically.
These heated leather motorcycle gloves are built for safety. They feature a premium drum-dyed leather shell with double-reinforced palms for abrasion resistance, along with integrated knuckle armor and specialized padding on the lower palm to protect against impacts.
Yes. These volt heated gloves include an integrated waterproof and breathable membrane that blocks moisture from rain and snow. Combined with 150 grams of insulation and a neoprene-lined cuff with a cinch pull, they are designed to keep your hands dry and sealed against the elements.
Absolutely. While many brands only heat the back of the hand, our motorcycle heated gloves feature 360 degree coverage. Heating elements are placed on both sides of the hand, the length of each finger, and the thumb to provide a complete cocoon of warmth.
Yes. The rechargeable battery heated motorcycle gloves are designed with touchscreen-compatible fabric on the thumb and forefinger tips. This allows you to operate smartphones or navigation systems without exposing your hands to freezing wind chill.
Each glove has a 2 amp draw at 12V when you are both powering the heating elements and charging the internal 7V batteries at the same time. A battery fuse harness and a three-prong harness are included in the kit for easy connection to your bike.
The built-in heat controller is great, the gloves kept my hands worn in 35 degree weather while riding my motorcycle.
I researched and tried alot of gloves before choosing the volt fusion gloves. Ultimately I chose them because they have the most features built into one glove and at least one feature no other glove offers! The ability to charge the batteries while plugged into the bikes 12v source and still heating the gloves is unmatched! They also heat both sides of the hands where most don't. As well as a built in controller, where the only other gloves I've found with heat on both sides of the hand require a separate controller. Then those systems also only allow 2 separate heat settings for all 4 major garments. Jacket, gloves, pants and socks. They also offer good armor and protection and are very flexible! They are also very good looking and seem to be a very quality build. My only concern is they are very tight in the gauntlet/forearm area with the batteries in. At least for me, I'm a stockier build at about 5'7" and 190lbs. I let my dad and brother try them and this was not an issue for either of them and they both loved them! I told volt of my one issue with them and expressed interest in trying the avalanche x gloves in hopes that that having a bigger battery pocket on top instead of a smaller pocket on bottom. They responded by offering me an incredible deal on the avalanche x gloves and they worked out exactly as I'd hoped. With much better fit for my body style and the same great heat features! Obviously minus the dual heat source. Amazing customer service and products!
The wife and I own another brand of battery powered gloves. While they make a small difference over not having heat in the gloves they just don’t cut it!! My wife has all of 6 miles on the other brand gloves and her fingers were numb at 37 degrees. Now for the important piece of this review. I rode with the fusion gloves using only the battery power to compare them to the other gloves. I rode with the fusion gloves using the battery power in 30-34 degree mornings. I was totally happy in the gloves at medium setting running 70-75 MPH. I did this test for a week and I didn’t use a jacket liner before I went ahead and plugged them into the bike. I wanted apples to apples comparison. This last weekend the wife and I went for a ride. Temp outside was 38 degrees. We both started out with the jacket liners at 3 and gloves on medium. Less than 10 miles in I pulled over to turn my gear down to level 1 on the liner and set the gloves to low. My wife kept her gear settings and we took off. I am very relieved and happy to see her smiling the whole time toasty warm on her bike. She didn’t want to end the ride when we did. The interesting thing I find with the gloves is they never seem to change temperature in the fingers. Highway or town my fingers stay the same temperature. It’s pretty wild. Not sorry we bought volt heated gear!
I bought these glove as a replacement for my winter regular gloves that were lost. Look at quite a few options both made in the USA and abroad. There are quite a few great options out there. For me these had the great reviews, the right options and a great price. Because of Covid I had not been able to use them until recently. My first use was across Kansas to Loveland, CO all day in 30 degree temps. I also have the heated jacket liner. I was totally pleased riding with the settings on medium, never really realizing how cold it was. Kept me very comfortable. Now I am in Jackson, Wyoming and have used the battery power on the gloves, walking around and riding in 8 degree temps. I am so glad I have the option of the batteries. The gloves and vest are extremely well made and I expect them to last many years. I had opportunity to need customer service and the support I recieved from Colby was beyond expectation...one of the best ever! I ordered a Large, which is what I wear, and they fit nice. As one other reviewer stated, the fingers are a little long, but that is better than too short. The jacket liner is amazing and both the gloves and the liner work great even without heat! I highly recommend Volt.
I ordered a size up, XL. The width is a nice fit, but the fingers are a little long for me so a L probably would have been fine. I'm keeping the XL because the and effectiveness of the heating elements are fine. The quality is too good to return. If anything I would order another pair L and let my GF with long nails wear the XL as a passenger. Since they have batteries! What a great feature. Another use for this feature is for the chilly days I do not want to wear my heated jacket liner which has the wiring harness in the sleeves. These gloves are better than others that require a controller to use when connected to the motorcycle. The controller is built into the gloves. Saves you some $. They are big and bulky, but they are functional and with optional 7v and 12v and built-in controller they have GREAT UTILITY. These gloves are a combination of leather and textile so I do not know if they will break in as well as the all leather pair I used for 5 years. Time will tell.. Customer Service handled all my questions about the gloves before my purchase and immediately worked out my issue with one glove after my purchase. I am a fan of Volt Heat. After buying these gloves I purchased their scarf to gift to a friend. I have been using heated gear for over 5 years and have learned to avoid companies that lack good customer communication no matter how good a deal they seem to be offering. Avoid those companies. You can count on Volt Heat. They are one of the best.
It started with a challenge to our company founder to find a solution for his mother who suffered from cold feet, even while indoors in a heated home.
