mittens are great... directions for charging and use are terrible-- almost seem to be describing a different product. Fortunately, once I stopped trying to understand directions and used mittens intuitively, I was fine.

Good Product.

I recently experienced injury to one of my fingers and was not able to get a fingered glove over it. I bought these hoping the inside was totally open. Well, they were and it worked better than I'd hope for. Now my injured hand can stay warm while outside in cold weather. Totally happy and recommend these to anyone considering a mitten glove.

I gave you only five stars. If you had 10 stars I would have given your product10 stars! Wonderful mittens. Living in Minnesota we need warm mittens and gloves. Mittens fit very well. I had to do some "jockying" to get the batteries in -- but everything worked wonderfully well! I had to use a lower temperature becasue my hands got so warm. I heartily recommend the product!!
