CRACOW 7v Insulated Heated Vest for Women

First clothing article I have bought for my wife that she kept. She love the fact she can get by with the vest and a sweatshirt and keep warm without wearing a heavy winter coat. Only issue is it seems like the filling is not staying in the vest shell.

I live in Minneapolis and I don't understand how people invest hundreds of dollars into winter gear, but don't have a heated vest... It makes the biggest difference. I have had this vest for about a month now (average temperatures 20's F during the day, single digits at night) and I love it. I wear it inside, I wear it waiting for the bus, or walking around the lake, in a month this vest has become indispensable. I like to wear it at the highest heat for a couple hours and then plug the battery back in to charge and use it again later in the day (probably takes about 4 hours to completely recharge). Unlike non-heated vests, the closer this vest is to your body the better it works, because of this, if I were to buy again, I would probably consider the liner more seriously-I like the look of this vest better, but its usually under my fleece layers so nobody can see it anyways. Come spring/fall when I need less layers, I'll probably be happy with my choice. Design critiques 1. I wish the logo was a more discreet, compared to competitors, this logo is pretty good, but jacket would look better without it. 2. side pockets are too close to the zipper and would be more comfortable if they were an extra inch or two off to the side. 3. an internal waist cinch cord would help pull the heat closer to the body and create a nicer silhouette. I still think this is the most attractive option for women's heated gear on the market! Thank you Volt! sizing: 5'6" 130lb (small)

I bought my volt vest a few years ago. I have loved it. Gradually as expected the battery has worn down with less time per charge. I was somewhat challenged by all the options at this Web site. However glad persevered and purchased two of them. They in fact do work with my prior charger (so no new purchase necessary) and they definitely last noticeably longer....can wear for at least a half day out hiking/biking. The size is minimally and really not noticeably larger. The vest itself is nearly indestructible (I have convinced a dozen faculty members and another dozen friends/work colleagues to get one of these too. Having a easy source of new batteries has made it even better than it was when I originally purchased it. Thank you
