The jacket will draw a maximum of 6.4 amps or 77 watts at 12 volts. Please make sure that your motorcycle, snow machine, etc has enough power output to properly heat the jacket.
Insulated to be thermally efficient along with being wind-resistant and highly compressible. The rip-stop coated nylon shell and form fit allows it be worn comfortably underneath your riding jacket with just a single layer underneath. Includes rib-knit on the cuffs and the waist and tall collar to help seal in the heat and keep out the cold. Other design features include screen print graphic on left chest, two handwarmer pockets and zippered power plug storage pockets to hide them away when not in use.
The heating system includes multiple large insulated heating panels strategically located in the collar, chests, arms and the back that are designed to evenly distribute soothing warmth throughout your upper body.

I think I've had the jacket liner and gloves for three or four winters and couldn't be happier. I live in the houston, tx area so the weather changes alot even during the day so having this equipment with me I never have to be cold. The gloves work very well too. and to be able to adjust the heat level independent of each other is a big plus.
2 years ago i started looking for motorcycle gear. While searching most jacket liners that have hook ups for gloves and pants are going for $400 or more. Then you have to buy all the hook ups. You cant beat this price. They keep my hands warm while riding. I jist hook them up to the jacket. Hop on the bike and go.
Bought early this winter, mild winters in Georgia so not much need for any setting over level 3. However, I did have several 40min rides to work, at 75-80 mph, when the ambient temps were in the mid 20s to low teens. Dont know what that wind chill would be but with the jacket on level 4 and paired with the Volt 12v moto gloves, I was very toasty. Few strange looks from the cagers I passed but I can live with that. Not sure how I rode all the past years without this heated liner. I have had other brands before but none have provided the even heating like this liner does. The jacket/ liner is excellent at keeping the cool out on mild days all by itself, and when worn under my leather jacket, its good to the low 40s upper 30s before I have to turn it on. Coldest ride so far was 17f at interstate speeds on a Suzuki 650 vstrom with NO wind protection, stayed warm the entire ride. Another ride on my Kawasaki voyager 1700 (full fairing touring bike) in 21f temps I was able to keep the jacket on level 3 and stayed warm (worn under my leather jacket) Highly recommend this liner! Pair it with the gloves and you can easily ride (if you desire) in single digit or lower temps
A couple of years ago I purchased the 12 volt heated gloves, they were awesome, about a month Dow the road I had a problem with the controller but let go because the cold weather was over, following year I wrote the company an told the the problem, they sent me a new one quick, so this year I bought the heated jacket liner with the dual control for the liner and gloves, couldn’t be happier, THANKS VOLT customer for life
Was having trouble with this heated jacket liner due to my own fault and reached out to Colby to talk to him about possibly fixing at my cost, he said no issues at all with replacing it under warranty and he was a man of his word, I had my new jacket inside of a week! Thank you so much as it is much appreciated and I have since used the jacket for the last four rides in chilly weather and this jacket liner works as advertised
